I don't agree with this notion.

Previously, cash balance would extend to say this time next year. Prudently you should raise capital 2 quarters out from running out of cash, so a capital raise mid-2023.
Now they have said cash balance extends to mid-2024, so I expect a raise in the second half of this year. Management will will raise again this year, I don't doubt it even for a second.

However this will only occur on the back of a catalyst, the main one of which I think still is read out from TACTI003.

I think those results due in a few months so I expect a capital raise around that time (hopefully on the back of good results!).

Both eyes open, to say board and management lose credibility by raising capital is disingenuous.
