I wouldn't put too much weight on Goetz's research. They get paid for their research (i.e. not independent) and all their research to date have been rated "outperform" (https://www.goetzpartnerssecurities.com/fileadmin/user_upload/Research_Recommendations_-_MAR.pdf). Having said that I think the latest results are very promising and could be enough to build a case for a sustainable re-rating of IMM. But let's not forget that IMM still has a lot of hurdles to get through before commercialisation...
