They did plan to upscale months ago. The AIPAC control group did better than expected back then due to various reasons which were not related to efti. The result was efti didn't achieve the important 'Significant' status. So the expected upscale was put on the back burner until now. This announcement will make it interesting for US trading tonight. Would love to see a short squeeze over there. From what I can gather the market is primed for it.
