These BNY holdings really are contributing to a great deal of confusion......
American investors buy their shares through BNY, BNY is the middleman, not the owner, i:e
Average Joe in New York wants to buy Aussie shares to convert to ADR's, he contacts
BNY and gives them an order, BNY then buys the Aussie shares, converts them to ADR's
and alloocates them to Average Joe but they remain in BNY's control awaiting Joe Average's
instruction...Joe Average can sell them to Jane Doe on the Nasdaq and then ownership
of Joe Average's share are tranferred to Jane Doe on BNY's registry.....
Jane Doe is now one of the entity's on BNY's disclosure statement which is updated so regularly
at the moment curtesy of the recent high volume trades in IMMP....

Since this has been happening, notice how Daq and ASX are close to parity...

Aud jumped through 76c today, parity now $3.20...
