The problem - IMO - that ECT faces together with the above 2 points is the eye-watering number of shares on the registry. The only way this company can climb out of the cellar and get to a 0.003 Buy-Side would be to announce either a deal, some regular revenue or a "hail mary" contract with the government.

Again, all IMO - and I wish holders the best of luck. Still time to place your bets a this stage...either take 0.001 or roll the dice !!
