It sounds like the mine itself is running well now, notice that in the announcement they wrote "switch off all milling and processing facilities". This means these facilities have been running, which is an improvement!

The Brazilian strike is going to be fixed within a week, the country isn't going to collapse over a protest. Petrobas will provide some concessions and tension will simmer down. The government will probably provide some state assistance to Petrobas, which will enable them to artificially lower oil prices.

IMO, two weeks from now this will be old news.
