So based on a property valuation of 770 million (given in their recent presentation) and today's SOL market cap those two alone are worth 4.3 billion against today's market cap of 3.8 billion for BKW. The only thing is I would say that SOL is overvalued at the current price but even if it were to correct somewhat then the building product businesses in both Australia and the US are being prescribed a negative value. Their certainly very up and down cyclical businesses but much better than being worth nothing!
