Critical Minerals like HPA is the way to go, expect alot more refunds from the government as we progress the project.
Also expect alot of Federal and State Grants along the way, as an example A4N (also a future HPA producer) receive a Federal MMI-C Grant of $45 million, which will be used for the capital expenditure of the full-scale HPA First Project.
