RRL have a very strong case to sue the hell out of the government after reneging what they had already approved.
RRL has done everything by the book responsibly and followed the regulatory process and received all the approvals required.
Investors can no longer trust a system that is broken and approvals being easily overturned by a single minister without disclosing why. This will send Australian mining industry down the tubes.
