Why would it take a dive?
It's an immaterial asset & the customer it serviced went bankrupt earlier in the year.
The asset is fully written down while still potentially a very valuable asset to deliver natural gas to Sydney.
However it does run along side an existing natural gas pipeline to Sydney so it would be ineffect increasing supply to the same market already served.
