The silence from management on this has been deafening. There have been no announcements specifically from APA on the Orbost Gas Processing Plant since the joint announcement with COE on 20 August 2020. No mention was made of the problems at this plant in the annual results presentation or in the addresses by management at the AGM.
This is no small provision. It would be interesting to learn if this is sufficient given they do not expect practical completion of the plant until FY end.
I have changed my sentiment to sell, but will wait for their report next week.
