As a COE holder, I have confidence that the issue will be resolved it's just a matter of when, just not to expectations. There a risk of nameplate capacity not being reached.
FYI for the benefit of APA holders, CEO of COE has stated that Orbost engineers are tweaking with the Plant to increase capacity gradually and the possibility of minor upgrades to the plant.
Persoanlly, I think the sulphur foaming issue with the Plant will continue and appropriate measures will be done to get maximum capacity, considering the circumstances. So there would be revenue loss for cleaning absorbers and a review of the commercial agreement. I think COE and APA will acknowledge this eventually and all stakeholders will have to move on.
