over paid for ledger and can't collect, history slightly repeat here, it happened leading up to GFC,
the whole management team was replaced and she rode from 40c to $32. I was a holder during this period but never got out at peak, I got out around $20. Current management are the one leading it out of its rubbish dump from 40c but too much success breed hubris and I think they have taken their eyes off the ball here.
They need another reset
