Post GFC and all the free money injected into the economy, rising inflation, rapidly rising interest rates and unemployment forecast to rise it seemed like a no brainer.
I’ve tried to play this through a debt collection that is trying to work the front end of the debt collection process and CCP.
CCP I worry is more structural and not cyclical. There has been talk that companies being socially aware are no longer willing to sell debt.
I’d heard that CCP had overpaid in its bidding for PDL's.
Going to be a long and painful road to recovery on this one. Probably get a lot worse before it gets better.
