In relation to sales we should be mindful of FG's comment at the last AGM - when asked about directly employing sales people - with words to the effect:
"Oh yes, we could employ a hundred people around the world and the company would be broke in a year..."
We can only trust that Mr Cohen's focus on the agency (Gemalto) approach ultimately bears fruit.
