I am hopeful... the resumes of Grant and the interim CEO definitely instill more confidence than Rick and Tim.
Tim would definitely have institutional knowledge having been there 15 years, so it'll be good if he hangs around a little while on an advisory basis, but seriously... this guy has been absolutely laughing about the amount he's being paid given he's never really worked anywhere else. Time to bite the bullet and clean house, get some new talent in.
