best guess is that they know they have stock to cover short and medium term, but as to long term, no one has any idea on how this plays out. If they need to purchase components to bring into the US then that will have impact, although given that production cost is fairly low and most components are made in the US then I don’t think it is meaningful personally.
secondly, who knows what Trump will do to the healthcare system, so predicting long term is not wise at the moment.
