I saw this video on the philosophy Allan Gray uses. They accumulate when the price is perceived as good value and the long term value is there. They are contrarian by design and are prepared to wait over a significant time. They still have a solid part of the IPD pie and I would not be surprised if they are still accumulating at the right price.
