Well heeled and conniving Pokerface! He’d likely argue all the loans are for the benefit of the company, but at 14% interest and the convertible option.. sounds to me like he’s only really out to serve himself!
IMS’d definitely be long gone if not for him! Hope he’s got an endless supply - sounds like they’ll need it.
