If Povey clearly believes HLX it is worth more than .005c, then he should have proposed to become a cornerstone investor to HLX at a premium price but didn’t. I agree, Povey did back his words by providing capital to the company but only at a small price and at a very heavy dilutive expense and our expense which was by all means and at all costs avoidable as the price should have been a lot higher. In my eyes, Povey didn’t win the board battle, HLX gave in for the sake of minimal disruption to market confidence and sentiment.
