IGL must have got new advice ("strong arguments") around how the ACCC will view their bid for the OVT assets.
OVT customers are some large corporates (Woolies being their largest) and i suspect they will make representations to ACCC around lack of competition and what it may mean going forward. ACCC will begin to make "market enquires" - so expect some pushback.
IGL may need to give some undertakings.
