re: Ann: Implementation of Padbury and Aurium... Anyone got any ideas when the AGM is.
By my calculations the AGM has to be held by the 30 november, (ie five months after the year end date of 30 June 2012). A notice of meeting also has to be sent to shareholders not less than 28 days before the meeting 2 November 2012.
Hasnt this date passed and if so why havent we been notified or updated ?
Is this another failing of the management or have i missed something completely?
Last years AGM was held on the 28/11/11.
