re: Ann: Importance of Rare Earths to Modern ... People are buying in preparation for the SS but there is always someone ready to sell to them. Been going on weeks now. Solid interest is met with sells.
Today there was a rush for the 11.5's left and they ran out, but sure enough another 50K put on sale again.
The seller/s seems to have little interest in letting it rise and getting a better price for their sales. Either in a hurry, or got another reason.
