That's encouraging, but there's no competing bid yet here unfortunately. Generally, they are pretty savvy dealmakers (which explains the enormous success of Constellation).
I wasn't too optimistic about a significantly better offer, but given the low multiples implied by the current offer, perhaps they have factored in some room to improve their bid to get the deal over the line too - fingers crossed.
