    All credit to current CEO Maria. She's doing well turning this ship around. The company looked bankrupt last year.

    make no mistake, big pharma wants to JV with MTY. And patents are always key to this.

    Some may ask why not just launch a takeover? Because it's tedious and messy. A JV giving 10-15% royalty is much easier.
