Just thumbing through old announcements and I noticed that this one suggests that SMN only received informal "indication" that CVM had a TRL of 8-9. They state that "ANAC is expected to issue a formal written confirmation of the acceptance of the data submitted in the near term". I'm aware that we have never received a formal announcement that this written confirmation was received. Also conscious, however, that several people have been communicating via email/phone with management recently - can any of these people confirm whether they discussed receipt of written approval and if it can still be expected?
