Poor SMN governance and SMN governance failings, a common problem across all of the ASX if not the whole of Australia.
From the media, u get the impression, Australia has the governance standards of Mexico or Brazil.
It must improve for ASX companies like SMN to succeed or fail they will due to governance IMHO but pls DYOR.
When the globe is growing, and Australia is standing still or declining, u must ask why. The answer always seems to be one word: governance.
