    re: Ann: Important GSK initiatives to new inf... If the offer came now it would be based on approx 3 to 4 years projected earnings not even building in the unknown value of Lani.

    The bid would be a minimum of $3-4 per share.

    I dont think it will come in the near future but possibly after the September quarter results
