VRS RNS (similar to a ASX announcement) wasn't even price sensitive,
It is only stating that they are talking about build a factory in China, and the factory might get finance, even the members of the JV are not even established.
Did you see EasyBrents Tweet to Neill, I think its a pretty good interpretation of the announcement,
