    This where you and I agree Yowie. The payment of the significant bonuses (and potentially the base salaries) is out of step with the shareholders interests and progress at that time.

    Don't get me wrong, they have made great progress for a company in a new tech but the bonuses should be linked to KPIs that are directly related to shareholders interests then i don't have any issue with big fat paydays.
    If they truely want to get shareholders onside (and do the right thing ethically in my opinion) they would come out with a statement acknowledging the fact and committing to freezing their current remuneration for say two years.

    My AGM vote is in accordingly.
