Ross needs to shine a little here and step UP as CEO and do some guidance for the wage he draws.
Riqueza is his baby alone he was charge of it, the other Geos were for the Australian Concerns.
No doubt there expertise will be called on but its Ross that needs to shine now.
Ross needs to outline with in a Announcement a way forward once the IP Survey report is on the table.
Due primarily the strength of that report will determine the next steps for Riqueza.
