You have still not answered if the allegations of the employee who allegedly resigned to protect his professional reputation were true ? It appears he informed the board of all that Mr Nicholas Williams insisted that Ranger Equipment perform the surface drilling and that Mr Williams instructed the employee to drill beyond what the employee believed was appropriate. Is it true that these reasons were indeed the reason for his resignation ?
Moreover, you said "Vitrinite ate the entire cost " , when was it decided by Vitrinite to assume the cost of the drilling instead of X64. Was it after the chairman raises concerns about this contract ? Did Ranger Equipment ever planned of billing X64 before the employee who resigned complained to the board about Mr Williams ?
The company have said they did not know about this specific contract with Ranger. Do you have any proof they knew about this specific drilling contract?
