The Company Secretary and CFO signed the contract for Ten Sixty Four. We’d assume two officers are pretty knowledgeable.
Vitrinite has no access to internal documents of the company including resignations unless they were employed by Vitrinite or Ranger.
Vitrinite agreed to pay for the drilling as a sign of good faith. As one of the biggest shareholders it’s in the company’s interest to see the exploration move forward. Vitrinite could care less who does the exploration as long as it increases the chances of a discovery.
Vitrinite voluntarily cancelled the contract, absorbed all costs and suggested the Chairman choose whatever driller he wants to use.
