Just been doing some more research on Mr Welker.

Looks like he became a director of another listed gold company, Tonogold Resources, Inc (OTC: TNGL) in April 2022 at the time he was MD of Ten Sixty Four. I wonder if Mr Welker got approval from the Board of Ten Sixty Four prior to accepting this directorship with another gold company or was this another undisclosed conflict of interest just like the Ranger contract? Maybe a bit of pattern emerging here...

Also with this Tonogold directorship and his significant business interests with Vitrinite (including a number of director roles there), I am surprised he had enough time to devote to the role of MD of Ten Sixty Four. Maybe be that was another reason he was terminated from X64?
