If there are investigations by the board or court cases, it seems untenable to have Mr Nickeas at the board while it investigates this controversial drilling contract where the terminated directors Mr Welker and Mr Williams had interests.

Who decided to give the drilling contract to Ranger Equipments where Mr Welker, Mr Williams and possibly the proposed board member Mr Nickeas had interests ? Who decided Ranger Equipments was the best company to conduct this drilling contract where the two terminated directors had interests ?

The activist shareholders keep saying that the invoice was cancelled for X64 however was this invoice cancelled before or after the board raised its concerns when they learned about the accusations against Mr Williams from the whistleblower employee ?

Another simple yes or no question would be : have Mr Williams or Mr Welker ever had the intention at any point to make X64 pay for the drilling of Ranger Equipments where they both had interests ?
