We did not hear from the activist shareholders on this public forum since two of the most prominent proxy advisors wordwide Institutional Shareholders Services and Glass Lewis recommended voting against all proposals to be submitted by Vitrinite.

Any response to these recommendations from world renowned firms ?

The Glass Lewis report was very detailed and informative. They discuss at length the controversy about the drilling contract with Ranger Equipment where Mr Welker, Mr Williams and Mr Lazaros had interests that led to an employee of X64 Queensland resigning to protect his reputation.

The Glass Lewis recommendations were enlightening and it is a must read for shareholders to make an informed decision. DYOR
