Vitrinite voluntarily escrowed shares for two years to support what we believe is a superior company following the acquisition. There is a lot of value not being reflected in the current value of the company which should be unlocked. The company brought along many friends and family in the shareholding - a lot of money on the line. We feel it can, should and will do better with proper leadership.
