Stealing from a supermarket is intentional theft. I dont believe that was the accusation against Mr Welker. In his case the accusation was a failure to disclose (which was disputed from memory). There is quite a large difference between these two things because even if true, a failure to disclose something can be an honest oversight.

I am far more concerned about how we have got into this current position of voluntary suspension and whether my investment is safe than whether there was disclosure surrounding a few hundred thousand dollars of expenses related to drilling.
