It is my understanding that x64 (Welker) was in the main issued shares in Medusa in exchange for the Qld property. It is my understanding that (correct me if I am wrong) he did not contribute to the previous build up of the Medusa infrastructure, the gaining of the Medusa tenements, the substantial build up of the cash pile, the planning and commencement of the Tigerway decline project, well operated company with little debt. etc.

It is my understanding that he contributed very little to overall Medusa asset position prior to his arrival other than the Qld property in 2022.

Medusa was founded in 2003.

He is now attempting to call a meeting to replace our entire board before the operational audit is completed.

My vote if this gets to a meeting / vote is a definite NO. I would like to see the full results of the audit before anything is even contemplated. DYOR
