Thanks for sharing that link - Geez that gives a great insight into who the locals are supporting! I’m not surprised the PMC president is right behind the current board! Do we really want a board that has no Phillipines skill set or experience to take over this company and who the local people will refuse to work with!? Vote no shareholders and protect your investment! Just use some Common sense and look at what these activist shareholders are doing to us. Someone needs to talk some sense to them. If they want the company - give us a premium takeover offer please? I still will say no! Cheers ST
