Your questions are not the right questions. The actions going on now for a board spill is the result of disgruntled shareholders. They have every right to be. The lack of disclosure is quite frankly unacceptable. If the Board was doing a great job and the share price going north with everyone in the money, do you think there would even be an action? Do you think the company would be in VS?

You and this boards supporters have never once answered my questions, but rather used your influence to sway others away from the real issues at play here. A company in VS is not good. That's a fact! The longer it goes on the risk of uncertainly increases of shareholders potentially losing their money, because at some stage the exchange cannot allow this to continue it has an end date. The ramifications for shareholders if the company is delisted are huge.

Do you understand what happens if the company is delisted?
