Agree with your assessment. What's even more interesting is that there was actually a dual-announcement by HUB24 today as they also simultaneously acquired XPL at a 200% premium!!
No doubt HUB24's longer term intention would be to fully acquire Easton and if it's anywhere near the multiples that they've paid for XPL, I'm more than happy to hold on.
Given the environment, I'm definitely impressed by our management who have continued to act in shareholders best interests in generating cash and seeking the right strategic partner in HUB24, albeit I also happen to be a shareholder of their competitor NWL.
