Not really. Just don't think inexperienced individuals should be thrown into the deep end to negotiate with the Malian government, no matter how "passionate" they are. On top of that they will need to manage Gilbert and Tobin and Treadstone. They have no experience with this either. On the topic of lawyers, a mate of mine reminded me via email awhile ago that the lawyer engaged by RMs is ex Snr Associate from G&T, I forget her name but it sounded Welsh. I have not been able to verify this but no reason for my mate to misinform me. Seems like a rather odd choice of Proxy lawyer if it is indeed true.
