don’t disagree I haven’t myself quantified the original v actual time frame. Should have clarified my comment was based more on perception of delays taking years extra. To me it’s irrelevant focus needs to be on getting things right the first time than rush and make mistakes which ultimately end up taking longer to fix and costing more.
