Race chose to release this today for three reasons.
1. There is a lot of detail and context in the release and we want all shareholders to have the time to read and discuss before trading starts.
2. Tomorrow is Melbourne Cup.
3. It is finally finished. A great deal of work went into this release to make sure we covered everything of importance.
The timing of this release is not great, but this has been set in motion by ASH releasing the abstract in the middle of the night on a Thursday our time. Such is life.
