Hi Bakewell,
I'm not familiar with the history of BRV. Can you tell me if they also had a register that was primarily made up of funds & institutional at 43%, a major private holder ( Joshua Pitt ) at 10% & management sitting on 5% ?
Personally i cant see Pitt or a couple of the funds selling out for a low ball bid that may severely undervalue the company.
Management well............... that can depend on what inducements they may be offered by a predator ( generous stock allotments, highly paid roles etc )
Be interested to hear how far the comparisons extend.
