Ann: Impressive resource definition drilling results at Brolga, page-15

Was wondering where the next big news was going to come from.

The March quarterly foreshadowed results for Withnell and Calvert last quarter. Withnell is still missing, and I think the reference to Calvert was a typo.

Other follow up regional results might pop up, but unlikely to be big unless a major hit or discovery.

That leaves Hemi.

I think the next big news will be confirmation of an underground resource at Brolga.

The above announcement was 15 March. The main focus was the quite sensational infill results - we slid 5c to $1.34 on the day, go figure. But there were also 130, 131 and 315 extension holes. Bit shallower and they look to me like the edge, and the plunge turns from Southwest to South:-

The satellite time lapse shows there was drilling in Feb (blue holes), as we were transitioning from infills, which I hope were diamonds targeting beside and below 392, and again in April (red holes) which I hope were diamonds targeting the south and deep:-



The timing is right for results soon, and coincides with Andy's comments the other day about targeting underground (and BTW bringing a mine into years 4, 5 or 6 to improve the production profile, ie more prodn ounces, earlier).
