    G'day Sam,

There are a few things going on here with regards to the grade at depth.

Essentially in 2014 when the company picked up the ground it was a straightforward task of drilling a few deep holes in excess of 800m or so to find the deep, high-grade, potassic hosted mineralsiation. This lead to the the big spike up in SP given that the whole thing was such an obvious target.

Then they discovered the complicating factor which is a low angle fault which has moved the top side of the system to the south. The throw of the fault is uncertain, particularly given that the fill of this structure has D-veins in it. So essentially the grade drops off because below the fault in places there is no mineralisation.

In order to find the high-grade portions of the systems the company has had to change gears and drill in stages and re-interpret and drill and re-interpret. A tedious process but one brings us closer to the prize each time.

    Cheers

    CC
