I think it is a good offer, whether DGO holders think it is a fair offer is another thing. It creates alot of synergies and efficiencies imo. You have a management team that aren't doing anything. We have a management team that virtually do nothing. Reduce the required number of people drawing cash for sfa. We have alot of cash and cashflow you have none but valuable assets. Combined we have the cash and assets worth developing without further dilution to shareholders. We have a very large exploration budget that might go to good on your tenements because our's aren't producing results. It could be a good outcome for all in the long term
