500, 000 x $2.99 = $1, 495, 000
1, 125, 000 x $1.36 = $1, 530, 000
So the updated offer keeps track and provides a slight premium for receiving GOR shares. Not a particularly exciting deal but when you have a management team providing very little, merging with another management team and creating efficiencies doesn't seem particularly bad to me
